Return & Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Any product that shows signs of use will be rejected without exception.
Shoes & Footballs
Shoes and footballs are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been used, worn, or played with. Even minimal usage such as dirt marks, creases, or wear will result in rejection.
If a used product is returned, no refund will be issued. The customer can request the product back by paying the return shipping charges.
Manufacturing Defects
We only offer exchanges in case of verified manufacturing defects. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Once approved after inspection, a replacement will be provided. If rejected, the product can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the returned item is unused and passes inspection.
No refunds will be provided for used or worn items. If a worn item is sent, it will be rejected and can be returned back to the customer upon payment of shipping charges.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
